It may seem Robert has not had much to say over the last new months, but trite as it sounds, nothing is further from the truth.. He has been busy with no less than five simultaneous new projects, while keeping his pulse on completed projects ready for distribution. A few of his projects are under "wraps" where collaboration is ongoing at a rapid pace, but whose counting anyway.

| Beer Seer Hosts L-R Rose Rossi and Kris "Kip" Barnes |
No secrets about Robert's current project, The Beer Seer, an innovative concept; a half-hour series visiting pubs in search of the most flavourful micro/pub brewed beers, along with the food they serve. Discussions and taste testing will take place on the technical merits of the beers and the food served with an emphasis on micro and pub brewed brands. There will be factoids about beer through the ages; tips on making your own beer; and visits to burgeoning craft breweries. This is not your typical, mundane, series where an assault of your senses runs amok There is an important ingredient necessary for the series to be complete, and it is YOU.
ROSE and KIP
ROSE ROSSI: Loves to write, sing, and act. Born and raised in Los Angeles
to parents who are both actors, a 9 to 5'er was always out of the question. After
living abroad in Italy for two years and graduating Sarah Lawrence College in 2005
with a focus in creative writing and Italian studies, Rose moved back to Hollywood to
pursue her dreams. She has kept her trusty journal with her through life--"it's become
more important than my wallet"--and her writing is a true extension of life
experiences. She’s written plays that have been produced both in New York and LA
as well articles and short stories. She has trained theatrically at the
The Beverly Hill Playhouse under the revered Milton Katselas and Richard Lawson and has appeared as an actress in several films as well as stage shows. In 2008 she signed with Indie record label, Brodsky Entertainment, and released her debut album, '
Hello to You'.

Abnormal Ales: 10 Beers with Weird Ingredients: (here is one sampling of "weird")
"More than 500 years ago, German Beer Purity Law decreed that the world's favorite fermented beverage was to be made with only four ingredients: water, malt, hops and yeast. In recent years, however, the definition of a permissible beer ingredient has expanded somewhat, and brewers worldwide have branched out, throwing stuff in their beers ranging from the mildly unusual to the downright bizarre. From chilies to spices to sea life, these are the top ten beers that make you say, "Huh?"
Mikkeller Beer Geek Brunch Weasel 10.9% ABVThis imperial stout is brewed with Vietnamese caphe cut chon coffee beans, made from the droppings of weasel-like civet cats, which purportedly eat only the best and ripest coffee berries. After enzymes in the cats' digestive systems break down the beans, workers scour the ground to collect the droppings for use in your morning Joe. Despite these inauspicious origins, the resulting beer is a creamy, pungent coffee stout that's good
to the last dropping."
